Senior Quality / Business Management Advisor

Quality Matters is growing and we are currently looking for a qualified person to fill the role of Senior Quality / Business Management Advisor.
Experience / Education:
-
10+ years experience working in Quality Assurance Environment
-
Post Secondary Degree or extensive work experience combined with a diploma in a three (3) year Engineering or Technology related program.
-
ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Certification
-
Experience in Lean Manufacturing
-
Experience in supervisory role would be an asset
-
Strong analytical and interpretation skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Power Point / Project & Viso
Duties:
-
Advise/ assist clients in the development/implementation of Quality Management Systems
-
Act as a project manager for client files as assigned
-
Oversee project activities assigned to Quality Technical personnel
-
Advise/ assist with client technical/operational documentation
-
Identify areas for improvement, and advise/ assist client to implement improvement activities
-
Prepare, conduct and report Quality audits and inspections as required
-
Conduct and/or assist in the conduct of training for clients & public workshops
-
Assist with new product development
Senior Quality Technician

Experience / Education:

Five (5) years experience working in Quality Assurance Environment
