Quality Matters Inc.’s client, Telelink, Call Centre Inc., was presented with the 2005 St. John's Board of Trade’s “Productivity and Quality Improvements” Award. This award is handed out annually to organizations which have proven to hold the highest improvement in both productivity and quality.

Quality Matters is proud to have assisted Telelink in improving the organization’s standard of quality and productivity though the services that Quality Matters Inc. offers.

The “Productivity and Quality Improvements” Award is given to organizations which make improvements in quality of existing products or services, or increased productivity process which significantly benefits the company.

Another characteristic of the award is that organizations must have technology or strategies implemented to improve quality or productivity. These strategies must illustrate how the changes have benefited the company.
