Workshop Outline

This two-day competency-based workshop will provide knowledge and an interpretation of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2026 Quality Management Standard. This workshop will benefit anyone working in an ISO 9000 environment and will be especially useful for individuals who may be required to take a leading role in the development, maintenance, or auditing of an ISO 9001 Quality Management for their organization. Completion of this workshop satisfies the Exemplar Global –QM competency units.

Workshop Goals:

• Examine the new Annex SL as a framework for building all future standards

• Examine the ISO 9001:2026 QMS - Requirements

• Understand the benefits and objectives of quality systems

• Review the ISO 9000 series of documents

• Discuss the 7 quality management principles

• Examine the quality system document structure

• Learn the concepts and definitions related to quality systems

• Understand the process approach to managing quality systems

Workshop Outline

This two-day course is designed to provide an organization with a general understanding of ISO 45001 Management Systems. An overview of the ISO 45001 guidelines is provided including review of each element of ISO 45001:2018 standard. The benefits and opportunities that can be gained from implementing an ISO 45001 management system are discussed as well as current national and international trends. Workshop participants are not expected to have any prior knowledge of ISO 45001. 

Workshop Goals:

ISO 45001:2018 Introduction and Definitions

• Detailed Overview of System Elements of ISO 45001:2018

• Identify OHS hazards that are reasonably expected to occur for that business type or industry.

• Assess the risk of identified hazards in the context of the organization’s OHS management system.

• Assess the effectiveness of methodologies to control OHS hazards.

• Assess the OHS roles and responsibilities within the context of the organizational environment.

• Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of an OHS management system
