Workshop Outline
This session is designed to help you understand the changes introduced in the revised ISO 9001 standard and what they mean for your organization's Quality Management System. Throughout the workshop, we will compare the new requirements with ISO 9001:2015, discuss the potential impact on your processes and documentation, identify areas that may require updates, and explore practical strategies for a smooth and effective transition. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of the changes, the steps needed to achieve conformance, and how to develop a practical transition plan that supports continual improvement and long-term organizational success.
Workshop Goals:
Understand the key changes introduced in ISO 9001:2026
Compare ISO 9001:2015 with ISO 9001:2026
Identify impacts on existing quality management system
Conduct a transition gap analysis
Develop an implementation and transition plan
Prepare for certification transition audits
Pre-requisite: None
Dates: February 11, 2027
Location: Virtual
Time: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Fee: $425.00 (materials will be provided)
Equipment: Students will need a computer with a working camera to participate online.
